ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT THINGS IN OUR LIFE IS TO LET GO OF THE THINGS WE CANT HAVE CONTROL ON . YOU STILL HAVE GRUDGES , FEELINGS,PROBLEMS, YOU THINK ABOUT THEM BUT YOU NEED TO LET GO OF THEM TO FIND THE SOLUTIONS . LETTING GO CAN BE A RELIEF AND IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER . LET GO OF THE PAST, ITS GONE , IT IS NOT GONNA COME BACK . LEARN FROM THE MISTAKES ,IMPROVE AND TRY TO BE A BETTER PERSON . LET GO OF THE LOVE THAT HURTS . LET GO OF THE PERSON WHO DOES NOT LOVE YOU ANYMORE . MAYBE THEY DONT DESERVE YOR LOVE .YOUR SOULMATE MUST BE WAITING TO MEET YOU SMOMEWHERE.ONLY IF YOU LRT GO OF THAT WRONG PERSON YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIND THE RIGHT ONE . LET GO F THE THINGS THAT TROUBLE YOU IRRITATE YOU . RECONIZE THE THINGS , PERSONS , FEELINGS , SITUATIONS , LET IT GO . LET GO OF THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOU FEEL LOW , LESS INCOURAGED, DEMOTIVATED. LET GO OF THE NEATIVITY . NEGATIVITY CAN MAKE YOU IMAGINE THINGS THAT CANT HAPPEN BUT YOU ASSUME THAT IT CAN HAPPEN . DONT LET NEGATIVITY , NEGATIVE PEOPLE SURROUND YOU , HAVE AN EFFCT ON YOU .LET GO OF PEOPLE WHO DONT STAY MAYBE THEY WERE NOT MEANT TO BE IN YOUR LIFE . IF THEY WERE MEANT THEY WILL DEFINATELY COME BACK . LET GO OF YOUR ANGER , EGO AT TIMES IT CAN DESTROY A LOY OF RELATIONS . THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY GRUDGES . WE SHOULD LET GO OF THE GRUHGE AND LEARN NEW THINGS . LET GO OF THE PROBLEMS YOU CANT FINS A SOLUTION FOR . IT IS A WASTE OF JUST SITING AND THINKING WHAT CAN BE DONE . LET GO OF THE PROBLEM AT THAT MOMENT BECAUSE IT WILL ONLY MAKE YOUR HEALTH WORSE . DONT THINK ABOUT IT LET GO OF IT THINK AND SOLVE IT LATER WHEN YOU HAVE TIME AND PATIENCE . So this video was about how stressed caused a health problem in my body. When i watched my video I was shocked that how can stress caused physical health problem. Everyone experiences bad situations which can lead to a life long problem. After I watched the video I realised how important it is to keep a balance between your physical and mental health.
