INSPIRATION BY AAKRITI RANA





Aakriti Rana YouTuber,content creater,traveller recently uploaded a video on YouTube related to her mental health which has inspired me a lot. So this video was about how stressed caused a health problem in my body. When i watched my video I was shocked that how can stress caused physical health problem. Everyone experiences bad situations which can lead to a life long problem. After I watched the video I realised how important it is to keep a balance between your physical and mental health. How important is to mentally strong,positive and most importantly be happy for your ownself. How important is to be happy for your ownself. So telling about her story in the video she explained how her past caused stress stress in her life after that which lead to forming a physical problem called cysts in her body. After she got to now that she has cysts in her body she was advised  to do a small surgery. She was very tensed about it. But one day her friend told her to To do a small surgery. She was very tensed about it. But one day her friend told her to talk to her aunt as she is an ayurvedic doctor.  

She spoke to her friends and and then realise certain things. After realising about those things she did a research about it.The Ayurvedic doctor had mention about stress and how the external environment affects our internal body and what can you cause in  our body. After researching about many things she started to watch a documentary called in which inspired her to bring the necessary changes in her life. She started meditating, became weekend, made a complete positive and happy approach in her life, she unfollowed people on Instagram et cetera. She focused on a self, how mental and physical health and kept doing things which made her happy and kept going.This way she healed herself which resulted into the cyst which had developed in her body had got cured on its own (Surprising isn’t it !)She explains how important it is to be happy, positive, which will lead to an easy and healthy life please do check out her video thank you so much for an inspiring us and to be completely genuine and honest.

   Every day we get up thinking we will do something today and we end up doing very little work. So why not jot down the things we want to do on a sheet of paper, day to day wise, and see how much we can accomplish at the end.  We will procrastinate but it will be much better to get things done and do a small chore than to lay down and make yourself lazy. So you are don’t want to tell you some simple steps to make the simplest to-do list and what to do after making it. MOCHA DALGONA COFFEE

So as this Quarantine time started A big trend came Onto an Instagram about Dalgona coffee. People were recreating it and loving it. Then I decided to change it a little by adding some new flavor so I came up with the recipe of mocha Dalgona coffee.     This is a bit of strong coffee. If anyone is the light coffee lover this might not be the one for you. But I hope you all like it. Please turn over whisk the mixture as it will become less and won’t be sufficient and too clumpy. 2. Make sure you are using hot water and not boiled water. 3. If you want to increase the quantity of the coffee you can add 4 tablespoons of coffee 4 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder along with 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
