We all are going through a pandemic which has resulted in many losses of lives of people economies of every country. As the school days has made us realise many things but also we have lost certain important aspects on which we were working on. As this pandemic does not have any fixed cure till date and we are staying at home Walking and we have a little extra time. We should invest at that time on our life in different aspects but most importantly on own ownself. We should pay attention on our health. Health is wealth as they say. As we are staying at home let’s focus completely on our health I am not talking about mental or physical health but overall health in general.
I have listed down some things we should keep a check on:
1:In this Situation but also in a general life:
This is important as it keeps a state of well-being,mental health stable.
2:How do we keep checking our own selves
It’s about what changes is my body going Thru mentally as well as physically. This will help us to
know are you own body in much better way as we can keep a check on every minute detail happening.
3:How often do we appreciate and keeping a check or contact I love the ones who are far as well as the Near
As we all have got a little extra time and we have contacted many people who we want in contact for awhile. This shows us that we remember them only when we have time and this should not be the case. This will make us understand that to keep in contact with everyone keeps you connected fun loving and have healthy relations.
4: To keep in check what we eat in a day:
We should know how much and what we are consuming on a daily basis what we should eat and what we should not eat it’s the time we can get healthy by eating home-cooked meals full of proteins vitamins et cetera.
These were the points related to keep a check on related to our health now I am going to explain some other points to be included for better health during this quarantine.
1:Positivity:It’s important to be positive and create a positive environment as it will keep a mental health in a good state And if we completely Inculcate this habit it will help us in every aspect of our life in future.
2:Exercise:From mental to physical health. We should exercise at least thrice a week. As there is not a lot of body movement exercise will keep energy levels stable and help us get fit.
3:Keep doing something:
It’s important to keep a mental and physical parts of the body Keep working
g. Keep doing something we can start a new hobby ,walk all the time possible, work,clean,Cook ,And do something on the other as much as we can.It will keep you in a happy state.
4: Meditate:We all know how meditation can help us with a mental health,concentration, focus,Breathing et cetera.As there is time let’s meditate and work on ourselves to make our ownself
better.
5: Don’t sit:Keep walking. If you keep sitting and let down all the time it will make you lazy and Cause fatigue unknowingly.
6:Keep a small daily to do list:If you are working from home you already know that what work you have to do. But if you feel you want to do any other thing except that what if people have less work you can create small to do this for daily basis and do little things day by day at the end you can see how much you have done and it will be helpful and you will feel happy example organise, clean ,cook, minimise ,read et cetera.I will be uploading a blog about this soon.
7: keep a check on your morning and night routines:Sleeping very late I’m getting very late is not good for your body is at all. Try to set and followed routines and make them as much as close to your life after lock down. It will help you keep in a state of containment about your own self. And want to cause any little even a little problems to your body.
Make this quarantine happy and working as much as you can as we don’t know how long is it gonna last but the only way to live with it.
