So as this Quarantine time started A big trend came Onto an Instagram about Dalgona coffee. People were recreating it and loving it. Then I decided to change it a little by adding some new flavor so I came up with the recipe of mocha Dalgona coffee.
This is a bit of strong coffee. If anyone is the light coffee lover this might not be the one for you. But I hope you all like it. Don’t forget to share it on your social media and tag me At my Instagram handle and with the hashtag#tmocharecipe.
Tips while making this recipe
1. Please turn over whisk the mixture as it will become less and won’t be sufficient and too clumpy.
2. Make sure you are using hot water and not boiled water.
3. If you want to increase the quantity of the coffee you can add 4 tablespoons of coffee 4 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder along with 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon -coffee
2 tablespoon -fine sugar
2 tablespoon -hot water
1 tablespoon -cocoa powder
Steps:
1: In a bowl add coffee, fine sugar, hot water.
2:Take an electric whisker and start whisking it and medium speed. If you don’t have an electric mixer you can use a normal whisker.
3:Whisk till it is creamy and thick which will take you approximately eight minutes.
4: Add cocoa powder and whisk again for the next two minutes.
5:The dalgona mixture is ready.
6:In a glass and hot or cold milk. Fill the glass up to 3/4 of his capacity.
7: Put the dalgona be so over it and spread it evenly.
8: Shed some chocolate over it or add some chocolate sauce.
9:Your coffee is ready! Enjoy! If you want your coffee to be more chilled you can refrigerate it for around 15 minutes and enjoy it.
