Quarantine series 2: KEEP A SMALL TO DO LIST

   Every day we get up thinking we will do something today and we end up doing very little work. So why not jot down the things we want to do on a sheet of paper, day to day wise, and see how much we can accomplish at the end.  We will procrastinate but it will be much better to get things done and do a small chore than to lay down and make yourself lazy. So you are don’t want to tell you some simple steps to make the simplest to-do list and what to do after making it. Steps : 1)Take a small book plan our village on a piece of paper in whatever you like to write.                 2)Write today’s date and day and under that write a heading a to-do list.                 3)Jot down a few things you want to do today.                 4)After you have completed that work cut it from the to-do list. This will help you do your task on time and finish of things you want to accomplish before the quarantine ends. So here is a sample of my to-do list : Today’s date: 29 June 2020 Day of the week :

MOCHA DALGONA COFFEE

So as this Quarantine time started A big trend came Onto an Instagram about Dalgona coffee. People were recreating it and loving it. Then I decided to change it a little by adding some new flavor so I came up with the recipe of mocha Dalgona coffee.     This is a bit of strong coffee. If anyone is the light coffee lover this might not be the one for you. But I hope you all like it. Please turn over whisk the mixture as it will become less and won’t be sufficient and too clumpy. 2. Make sure you are using hot water and not boiled water. 3. If you want to increase the quantity of the coffee you can add 4 tablespoons of coffee 4 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder along with 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder. We all are going through a pandemic which has resulted in many losses of lives of people economies of every country. As the school days has made us realise many things but also we have lost certain important aspects on which we were working on. As this pandemic does not have any fixed cure  till date and we are staying at home Walking and we have a little extra time. Aakriti Rana YouTuber,content creater,traveller recently uploaded a video on YouTube related to her mental health which has inspired me a lot. So this video was about how stressed caused a health problem in my body. When i watched my video I was shocked that how can stress caused physical health problem. Everyone experiences bad situations which can lead to a life long problem. After I watched the video I realised how important it is to keep a balance between your physical and mental health. HAVE YOU EVER BEEN JUDGED BY SOMEONE ?I THINK MOST OF HAS BEEN JUDGED BY  PEOPLE AND NEAR AND DEAR ONES ALSO. HELLO! HERE I AM WITH MY ANOTHER BLOG ON THE TOPIC JUDGING.AS I SAID MOST  OF US HAVE BEEN JUDGED BY MANY  PEOPLE IN OUR LIVES. EVERYONE LOVES GOSSIPING ABOUT OTHERS , TALK SHITTY THINGS ABOUT THEM. FOR SOME PEOPLE ITS  BECOME THIER HABITAT TO GOSSIP, TO JUDGE OTHERS.THEY FEEL THEY HAVEN'T DONE THIER MOST IMPORTANT JOB TO DO. THEY DO NOT REALIZE WHAT THEY ARE SPEAKING, BUT STILL ABOUT OTHERS BECAUSE THEY FIND IT FUN.BUT THE ARE NOT REALIZING HOW MUCH NEGATIVE THEY ARE THINKING.CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT DOES JUGDING PEOPLE GIVE US?DOES IT GIVES US INTERNAL HAPPINESS,POSITIVITY?THE ANSWER IS NO! . IT DOESN'T GIVE AS ANYTHING.  WE FIND IT JUDGE SOMEONE FOR SOMETIME.  WE DON'T REALIZE WE ARE WASTING OUR TIME JUDGING PEOPLE, WE TAKE IN NEGATIVITY WHICH WILL CAUSE HARM TO US.  WE SHOULDN'T JUDGE PEOPLE THEM BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW THIER STORY, YOU DONT KNOW THEM.

LET IT GO

ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT THINGS IN OUR LIFE IS TO LET GO OF THE THINGS WE CANT HAVE CONTROL ON . YOU STILL HAVE GRUDGES , FEELINGS,PROBLEMS, YOU THINK ABOUT THEM BUT  YOU NEED TO LET GO OF THEM TO FIND THE SOLUTIONS . LETTING GO CAN BE A RELIEF  AND IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER . LET GO OF THE PAST, ITS GONE , IT IS NOT GONNA COME BACK . LEARN FROM THE MISTAKES ,IMPROVE AND TRY TO BE A BETTER PERSON . LET GO OF THE LOVE THAT HURTS . LET GO OF THE PERSON WHO DOES NOT LOVE YOU ANYMORE . MAYBE THEY DONT DESERVE YOR LOVE .YOUR SOULMATE MUST BE WAITING TO MEET YOU SMOMEWHERE.ONLY IF YOU LRT GO OF THAT WRONG PERSON YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIND THE RIGHT ONE . LET GO OF THE NEATIVITY . NEGATIVITY CAN MAKE YOU IMAGINE THINGS THAT CANT HAPPEN BUT YOU ASSUME THAT IT CAN HAPPEN . DONT LET NEGATIVITY , NEGAT
PAINS WE ALL HAVE FACED PAIN IN SOMEPOINT OF TIME IN OUR LIFE . WE FACE TWO KINDS OF PAIN MENTAL AND PHSICAL . MENTAL IS MORE PAINFUL THAN PHYSICAL . IN MY FAVIOURITE MOVIE THERE IS A LINE ''PAIN DEMANDS TO BE FELT''. PAIN CAN BE ONE OF THE MOST TOUGHTEST THING TO DEAL AND FEEL. BUT ONLY IF WE FEEL THE PAIN IT WILL BE ABLE TO  CHANGE US. IT WILL HELP US TO BECOME STRONG MENTALLY AS WELL AS PHYSICALLY.PAIN CAN BREAK  YOU IN MANY WAYS BUT IT CAN ASLO MAKE YOU IN MANY WAYS .UNTIL WE WON'T  EXPERIENCE PAIN WE WON'T BE ABLE TO KNOWOURSELF, W WON'T BE ABLE TO BUILD OURSELF STRONG . WHEN YOU HAVE A BREAKUP , YOU FEEL TO BREAK THINGS , YOU FEEL LOST, YOU WANT THAT PERSON TO BE YOURS AGAIN . WE MAKE CHOICES BASED ON OUR NEEDS,REQUIREMENTS IN OUR LIFE. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE . EVERY 10 STANDARD PASS STUDENT HAS TO CHOOSE HIS STREAM COLLEGE . EVERY GIRL OR GUY CHOOSES TO BE SOMEONE' S GIRLFRIEND OR BOYFRIEND . EVERY PERSON IN THIS WORLD HAS TO MAKE A LOT OF CHOICES . WE SHOULD MAKE  SURE  WE CHOOSE THE ONE WHICH IS RIGHT , WHICH YOUR HEAD AND HEART WANTS .  WHAT  YOU CHOOSE TELLS WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE YOU . YOU ARE RECONIZED BY THE CHOIC
